Select Check under the Transaction Type drop-down list.Select Not Reconciled under the Reconcile Status drop-down list.Click View register under the Action column.
Open the account where checks are posted to.From the left menu, select Accounting, then Chart of Accounts.It's easier to find them by customizing transactions using the Filter icon. Let's first locate those checks from your Chart of Accounts, then delete them from there. You can delete those unused checks so they won't appear on your reconciliation page.
